About IT-ELA 2021
2021 2nd International Scientific Conference (IT-ELA2021) aims to shed light on the
new research areas in the field of information technology to improve e-learning by
focusing on the key issues in recent trends in computer sciences .The main objective
of this conference is to exchange ideas between experts and academic participants.
The conference is sponsored by IEEE and the accepted papers will be published in
IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed by Scopus.

Submission Requirements for IEEE Conference
All submissions must be written in English. The submitted manuscripts should contain sufficient details including key concepts and novel features of the work, and must be formatted according to IEEE’s Two-Column Format for Conference Proceedings and not exceed 6 pages including all text, references, appendices, tables, and figures. The manuscript file must be named with the paper title, “Paper title.doc”

Call for Papers
The program committee will recommend selected high-quality papers for publication in the IEEE Xplore digital library, the others accepted papers will be published in International Journals that indexing by Scopus or in Journal of Baghdad College of Economic Sciences University The journal will carry out a second round blind review prior to publication ,Please follow the instructions to upload your paper in EDAS system:
If you do not have an EDAS ID, you can create a new account
If you have an EDAS ID, you can log in at http://edas.info/
After login select submit paper from menu bar and search about [IT-ELA 2021] conference.
Press Submit and enter the title, at least three keywords and Abstract and submit.
Publication
The submitted manuscripts should be written in English language contain sufficient details includingkey conceptsand novel features of the work, The submitted manuscripts must be formatted according to IEEE’s Two-Column Format and not exceed 6 pages The manuscript file must be named with the paper title, “Paper title.doc”.The Author must have an EDAS account to submit the paper electronically
Accepted papers are published in Proceeding of Abstract within conference proceedings
Accepted papers is sent to IEEE for a second review and the high quality papers are chosen to be published by IEEE Xplore digital library and will having Scopus citations.
Participation fees
Participation with publication in IEEE Xplore digital library: 210$
Fees include : ( certificate of participation,Proceeding of Abstract,Proceeding of Conference)
